Our Story
Air-Elec Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Sanitising was established with one mission: to bring a reliable, high quality Air Conditioning Repair Service to Southern Tasmania and South East QLD. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to set up shop, and continues to drive us to this day. All our repairs, sanitising, electrical, refrigeration and air conditioning works are completed with meticulous detail, resulting in a product that is second to none.

Air Conditioner & Cool Room Sanitising
We specialise in Deep Clean Sanitising Services of your Air Conditioning System & Commercial Cool Rooms, offering only top quality and efficient results bringing that Air Conditioner or Cool Room back to "AS NEW CONDITION". We also specialise in Commercial Cool Room Mould Removal and Prevention. Our Nano Technology products provide long lasting protection against 99.99% of Viruses, Bacteria and Moulds, they are COVID-19 approved by the TGA. When you book a service with us you also get an ACWWA Certified Wet Wash with our unique purpose built, dual pump machine that puts others to shame. We guarantee you’ll be satisfied with the process and result.
Air Conditioner Repairs & Installations
This is one of our most popular services, offered for a variety of models and brands. We are a Fujitsu authorised dealer in QLD and with a hope of being authorised for southern Tasmania in the near future.

Keep your family safe when you build your home or upgrade the current smoke detector systems. Our state of the art photoelectric, interconnected smoke detectors keep the whole family safe. Remember to ensure you have one in every bedroom. New regulation apply in QLD from 1 January 2022 and other states like Tasmania are sure to follow.
